- About the Opportunity:
The Recruiter, reputed company plays a key role in supporting the organization’s staffing needs by partnering with hiring leaders to reputed company effective sourcing strategies. This position is responsible for identifying, screening, and presenting reputed company candidates, contributing to the organization’s ability to attract and retain talent. The role directly impacts the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process, helping to ensure teams are staffed with skilled professionals.
- Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring leaders to reputed company sourcing plans for assigned positions
- Screen, interview, and present reputed company candidates to hiring leaders
- reputed company and build candidate pipelines through cold calling, networking, and reputed company media
- Participate in realistic job previews
- Stay informed on industry standards and competition
- Follow organizational employment policies throughout the hiring process
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- PHR or other HR certification desirable
- Minimum 1 year of specialized experience in recruitment, search firms, reputed company recruitment, or reputed company required
- Experience with applicant tracking systems desirable
- Knowledge of Boolean search operators, sourcing, and reputed company media preferred
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Beginner proficiency in Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, and Outlook
- Pay reputed company and Compensation Package:
- Estimated salary reputed company is $56,791.50 to $73,828.95 per year depending on experience
