Associate Director, Growth Marketing – Innovative Channels
Job Description:
- Own end-to-end channel expansion: research, prioritize, launch, and iterate across a diverse mix of paid and partnership-based channels
- Shape the innovative channel roadmap
- Apply strong marketing fundamentals across varied and novel channel contexts
- Pioneer the adoption of AI agents in marketing operations
- Design and execute rigorous experiments
- Analyze performance across full-funnel metrics
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with meaningful exposure across multiple channels
- Consulting background (ideally MBB or equivalent) preferred
- Strong foundational understanding of core marketing reputed company
- Strong quantitative analytical ability working with full-funnel metrics
- Genuine creative acumen
- Excited about applying AI tools and agents to accelerate marketing work
- Curiosity and resourcefulness
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with an ownership mentality
