We’re hiring a senior, hands-on reputed company developer to own our website experience end-to-end. This is not a typical dev role — you are expected to think in conversion, speed, and reputed company, not just code. This role replaces an external agency. - Create variants for testing

- Build reusable sections and scalable architecture
- Implement new features and troubleshoot issues independently

- Launch A/B tests and reputed company page variations
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and fix them
- Optimize PDPs, funnels, and mobile experience
- *4) Performance & Code Quality
- Improve site speed and Core Web Vitals
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable code
- 5) Website Rebuild
- Contribute to full site rebuild
- Build templates, components, and new structures
- Maintain live site while rebuilding
