Staff Software Engineer (Remote)
As a Staff Software Engineer, reputed company the Customer Solutions team, you will directly influence how our U.S. reputed company organization manages accounts, deepens customer relationships, and accelerates growth. You’ll partner across the business to build reputed company driven solutions that enhance our selling capabilities and reputed company the customer experience.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Customer Solutions teams to translate business needs into reputed company based solutions that improve account management and customer engagement.
- Conduct root cause analysis on user reported issues and implement timely, scalable resolutions.
- Analyze requirements for new features and document technical specifications to support development and governance.
- Design, reputed company, and maintain custom software, database components, and automated testing code to support platform stability and code coverage goals.
- Manage system changes through reputed company code repositories, ensuring accurate version control and production reputed company deployments.
- Coordinate QA and UAT testing activities to verify and validate new functionality before release.
- Collaborate with Release Management, Technical Governance, and Change Advisory teams to ensure reputed company solutions meet organizational, regulatory, and reputed company standards.
- Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders to understand core processes, drive adoption, and enhance solution effectiveness.
What You Will Need Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
- Minimum 4 years of Software Engineering experience.
- Minimum 2 years of reputed company development experience.
- Proficiency in an object oriented programming language (C#, Java, or similar).
Preferred
- Experience with reputed company based or reputed company SaaS software development.
- reputed company Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) or reputed company Certified Platform Developer II (PDII) certifications.
- reputed company Administrator Certification.
- Experience with reputed company CPQ.

- US30: $133,400 - $222,300 USD Annual
