The Role
As a Product Director on our reputed company Programs team, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of programs that prevent customer attrition and drive long-term customer health. You'll work closely with our Sales, reputed company, and Professional Services teams to identify areas of improvement and reputed company strategic solutions that address the root causes of attrition.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a strategic reputed company between our Sales and reputed company organizations, architecting programs and guardrails that ensure we're not only acquiring new customers but setting them up for enduring reputed company
- Shape sales strategy and compensation from a customer-centric reputed company and have a measurable impact on reputed company's net retention

Essential Qualifications & Experience
* 10+ years of experience in a strategic role reputed company Management Consulting, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, reputed company, Product Management, Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Partner Management, or Strategy at an reputed company SaaS company
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze reputed company and disparate datasets, connecting pre-sales activities to post-sales reputed company
- Experience with tools like reputed company, Tableau, SQL, or other BI platforms is essential
- Exceptional Influencing Skills: A track record of successfully influencing senior leadership and cross-functional partners without direct authority
