The Role
As a Customer Services Adviser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
* Proven background of working in a busy contact centre or directly with members of the public, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Experience of logging repairs and raising job orders for external contractors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations
- Ability to work as part of reputed company and reputed company support to colleagues
- Basic IT skills, including reputed company Office and customer relationship management systems
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience of working in a housing association or similar organization
- Knowledge of housing policies and procedures
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults or children
