Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations
  • Reviewing customer history as necessary to reputed company personalized support
  • Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
  • Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
  • Documenting information and reputed company as necessary to maintain accurate customer records

Essential Functions

About You

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to possess the following characteristics:

  • Prior customer service experience is required
  • Strong geographical knowledge is essential
  • Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work proactively and anticipate situations to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet and navigating multiple applications
