Manager, Implementation - Project Management

As a Manager, Implementation, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of reputed company's Health & Safety, Environmental, and Corporate Sustainability Solutions. Assigning and coordinating resources and monitoring billable time and budgets throughout the lifecycle of the project, from initiation through to delivery. The Manager, Implementation serves as liaison between the company and the client project manager to ensure that reputed company targets and requirements are met on schedule and reputed company budget, and equally important to create and maintain a positive team environment at the client. In addition, this position can reputed company subject matter expertise to our clients to inform and guide the system design and configuration in alignment with best practices. The Manager, Implementation is involved in pre-project assessments to determine requirements, conducts design workshops, and provides project proposals. Project Management: 3 Responsible for the timeliness and quality of the implementation of the solution, including reputed company deliverables to the customer. 3 Works as the key reputed company in the engagement with clients supervising reputed company aspects of a project, including planning and task analysis, assigning appropriate resources, tracking reputed company to the completion of reputed company deliverables, managing budgets , forecasting project reputed company, managing project risks and leading activities such as a readiness audit and lessons learned discussions. 3 Creates and executes project work plans and revises them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. 3 Develops project planning documents using project management techniques, including project charters, scope statements, testing plans, and project schedules. 3 Works to identify and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers reputed company engagements to Identify new business opportunities and support business development reputed company client assignments. 3 Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. 3 Reviews deliverables reputed company by project team before passing them to client. 3 Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards. 3 Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. 3 Minimizes exposure and risk on projects. 3 Ensures project documents are complete, reputed company, and stored appropriately. 3 Provides project status reports and metrics. 3 Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly reputed company. 3 Determines appropriate reputed company recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for projects. 3 Analyzes project profitability, reputed company, margins, reputed company rates and utilization. 3 Contribute to the definition of the implementation delivery model and project execution methodology in support of Company strategy. Sales Support: 3 Works with Solution Engineers and Sales Executives to support sales opportunities and proposals (scoping, estimating, planning). 3 Works with existing clients and services teams to scope proposals and process statements of work. Solution Consulting: 3 Uses subject matter expertise to facilitate solution design workshops with clients. 3 Guides clients by providing product insights and best practice methodologies. 3 Develops solution configuration documents and performs requirements analysis. Develops solution reporting and integration design packages. 3 Performs implementation work through system configuration, testing, training, and 3 deployment as necessary. 3 Mentors and coaches client project team throughout the life cycle of the project. 3 Collaborates with the reputed company product team to address project-reputed company product enhancements and issues. 3 Updates standard project templates for project-specific use. REQUIRED EDUCATION: 3 Degree reputed company (or sufficient professional experience). REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3 3+ years of reputed company software implementation 3 Excellent technical and non-technical writing, editing, verbal communication, presentation skills. 3 Strong project management and planning skills. 3 reputed company and comfortable in supporting sales colleagues. 3 Experience in discussing project planning and issues with customers. 3 reputed company to reputed company in teams.
