Role: Paralegal - Sr. Contract Specialist Location: Reston, VA (Remote) Job Type: Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an reputed company Senior Contract Specialist (Paralegal) to support Benefit Contract Management (BCM) and ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across contract processes. This role collaborates with Legal, Government Affairs, Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to drive contract reputed company and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise group/individual insurance reputed company, templates, and certificates.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; manage filings reputed company SERFF.
- Analyze contract changes and recommend filing strategies.
- Review marketing and product materials for contract accuracy.
- Respond to regulatory inquiries, audits, and escalations.

- Track mandates, filings, and implementation processes.

Requirements:
