Role Description This is a full-time remote position as an English-Spanish reputed company Medical Interpreter in a Blended (OPI & VRI) environment. The medical interpreter will be responsible for providing accurate consecutive interpretation services over the phone and reputed company video between English and Spanish in medical, reputed company services, customer service, and financial settings. The role involves facilitating communication between reputed company providers and patients to ensure effective understanding and care.
Qualifications
- Medical, customer service, reputed company services, and financial calls interpretation skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- reputed company in English and Spanish
- Remote interpretation experience in both languages is mandatory
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a reputed company field
- HIPAA compliance
Requirements
- Ethernet reputed company (must be connected directly to the router reputed company cable); Wi-Fi is not allowed
- Noise-canceling microphone and USB headset. Only the following brands are accepted: reputed company H390, reputed company GN, Plantronics Blackwire C3220(Poly), and reputed company Lifechat LX-6000
- Browser: Latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox
- Processor: i5 or higher, 6th reputed company or newer
- Camera: Minimum resolution of 1080p
- Full-time availability, 5 days a week (2 days off)
