Role Description The Program Manager leads the Our Driving Concern (ODC) employer traffic safety program in Ohio, a grant-funded initiative focused on preventing crashes and saving lives through employer-based education. This role is responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with reputed company and community partners.
• Delivering engaging in-person and virtual trainings.
• Driving program performance reputed company with state highway safety priorities.

The position is highly external-facing and requires strong presentation and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to confidently engage reputed company and stakeholders. reputed company in this role is driven by:

The Program Manager works in reputed company coordination with a Program Coordinator, who supports grant administration and compliance processes, while the Program Manager provides the programmatic input and execution needed to meet performance goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in training, reputed company, community engagement, safety programs, or reputed company fields.
• In lieu of education, at least 6 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated experience delivering presentations or facilitating adult learning (in-person and/or virtual).

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

• This is a remote position with 40% travel.
