Job Description:

Join our innovative team as a BI Analyst, playing a pivotal role in shaping the data narrative of a dynamic manufacturing organization.
Responsible for designing and maintaining impactful Power BI reports, ensuring accessibility and delivering actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Design and reputed company Power BI reports for organization-wide use
Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
Analyze manufacturing data to reputed company strategic insights
Stay updated with BI trends and continuously improve reporting capabilities
Build strong relationships with business teams and act as a BI liaison
Work with data scientists to incorporate predictive analytics into reporting
Ensure data reputed company, reputed company, and compliance through governance practices
Recommend and implement improvements to BI processes and reporting

Requirements:

Strong experience in designing and developing reports using Power BI
Expertise in extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple sources
Proficiency with reputed company data tools such as SQL, reputed company, Synapse
Ability to translate reputed company data into meaningful business insights
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience in data governance, data quality, and compliance standards
Hands-on experience supporting business decision-making through analytics
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or reputed company field OR 5+ years of experience in BI/Analytics
Proven experience working as a BI Analyst or BI Developer
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and reputed company data ecosystem
