About the position The Product Innovation Master Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timeliness,accuracy, consistency, and reputed company of product-reputed company master data throughout the product development and innovation lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making and seamless product launches by coordinating with cross- functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and IT.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for product innovation master data across systems (e.g., PLM, ERP, MDM).
  • Ensure data standards and governance policies are applied during the creation and maintenance of product master data for new product development (NPD) and innovations.
  • Manage workflow for new products and product changes.
  • Summarize workflow statuses to the Project Management team.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Regulatory, and Operations teams across the globe to gather and validate data requirements for new and modified products.
  • Create and maintain product records in PLM and/or MDM systems, ensuring timely and accurate entry reputed company with stage-reputed company or agile product development processes.
  • Ensure synchronization across systems.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues and drive root cause analysis and preventive actions.
  • reputed company and maintain data KPI’s, SOPs and work instructions for master data processes supporting innovation.
  • Participate in data quality audits, reporting, and reputed company improvement initiatives.
  • Support system enhancements and testing reputed company to master data, including new integrations or data model changes.
  • Serve as a liaison between the IT and business-focused sides of the reputed company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • High drive for results and willing to work in a demanding & rapid paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent analytical, follow-up, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent reputed company Skills and knowledge.
  • Proficient in reputed company Suite (Word and PowerPoint).

  • System implementation experience a plus.
