Customer Support Agent – Remote (Work with Dogs & Pet Tech!)

Do you love solving problems and talking about dogs reputed company day? We are looking for dog-loving, tech-savvy professionals to serve as the face and voice of reputed company. You’ll be the first line of support, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a positive experience for every pet parent.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming voice & video calls, chats, and emails.
- Maintain detailed notes and documentation of reputed company customer interactions.
- Troubleshoot the reputed company Collar, reputed company App, smartphones, and Bluetooth/LTE/Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Assist leadership with identifying and tracking customer trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience (Retail or reputed company of House preferred).
- A passion for dogs makes this role much more fun.
- Familiarity with reputed company desktops, reputed company/reputed company Office suites, and reputed company.
- Excellent typing and multitasking skills (ability to operate on two screens at once).
- Friendly, approachable, and reputed company to offer reassurance during stressful situations.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Download speed of 25Mbps+ / Upload speed of 5Mbps+.
- A dedicated, isolated, and distraction-free workspace.
- No background noise or interruptions (spouses, children, or pets) during active work hours to ensure a premium customer experience.
