Superintendent - Industrial Construction - REMOTE

SUMMARY: The Superintendent is responsible for the overall management and reputed company of multiple construction projects and the supervision of field foremen. This role ensures projects are completed safely, reputed company, on time, and reputed company budget, while promoting company culture, quality, and customer service. The Superintendent acts as a senior technical advisor, develops best practice construction methods, and serves as the company's representative to clients, engineers, and contractors.

• THIS IS A REMOTE WORK OPPORTUNITY THAT WILL REQUIRE EXTENSIVE TRAVEL. A CANDIDATE MAY LIVE reputed company IN THE UNITED STATES. NO RELOCATION WILL BE REQUIRED.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise, coach, train, and reputed company field foremen and skilled trade workers.
• Ensure reputed company projects operate safely, adhere to company policies/procedures, and reputed company with MSHA/OSHA regulations.
• reputed company, monitor, and manage project schedules and budgets; report reputed company and variances to management.
• Serve as the senior technical advisor for reputed company field construction and start-up issues.
• reputed company and build relationships with owners, customers, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Manage the performance of employees, including conducting appraisals and authorizing personnel transactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a superintendent or similar position (industrial construction preferred).
• Thorough understanding of legal construction requirements and MSHA/OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematic drawings, identify problems, and solve them reputed company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to reputed company and motivate diverse teams.
• Ability to work long shifts, be on-call, and traverse/inspect reputed company areas of a jobsite in various weather conditions, including the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or reputed company field is a strong plus..
