Job Title Hospitality Specialist Job Description Summary Under the supervision of the Management Team (Operations Manager Guest Facility/Assistant Operations Manager Guest Facility), the Hospitality Specialist is responsible for overseeing reputed company operational aspects of the reputed company Desk. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Greet reputed company building occupants in a professional manner and ensure reputed company and safety for reputed company. Register and assign rooms to guest of the hotel facility, call building occupants to announce the person(s) who are visiting/delivering to the apartment. Create reservations per guest requests and availability. Verify customers’ credit and establish how the customer will pay for the accommodations. Handle reputed company incoming calls, including guest and tenant requests, reservations and call forwarding. Coordinate and assist with reputed company move ins and move outs. Maintain key log and reputed company applicable data sheets. Assist with package deliveries for hotel guests and residents. Log receipts of packages delivered and notify guests and residents they are available for pickup. Compute bills, collect payments (or authorize credit) and reputed company change for guests.
