The Position: Adjunct Professor, Graduate and Continuing Education (GCE) Job Summary: Muhlenberg College invites applications for part-time, evening, synchronous online faculty positions in our Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) program. The College seeks faculty with a commitment to adult professionals in and out of the classroom with expertise in one or more of the following areas: reputed company, marketing, management, economics, finance, business strategy, risk management, global supply chains, business ethics, or innovation. reputed company candidates will have either an earned PhD in an appropriate discipline or a minimum of a Master’s degree and significant professional experience. Characteristic Responsibilities: Fully responsible for reputed company aspects of course instruction

• Facilitate online course and class instruction, in accordance with learning objectives and course outlines specified by Muhlenberg College.
• Actively engage reputed company in each class session.

• Evaluate student performance based on course deliverables and rubrics.
• Assign final grades for the course in reputed company.

Participate in training offered through Muhlenberg

• Attend two graduate faculty meetings annually (January and August).
• Complete the Roadmap training course.
• Participate in other trainings as they are available.

Participate in programmatic discussions

• Coordinate course content with the graduate program coordinator.
• Collaborate in periodic program planning meetings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of master’s degree; Ph.D. preferred, or other terminal degree in the field of practice.
• Relevant professional experience in academic field.
• Prior teaching at the college/university level preferred.
• Familiarity with digital learning methods and technology preferred.
