The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients in the reputed company sector. Skills:
- Good written, verbal, listening and phone communications skills
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- General computer skills with the ability to type
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain composure with difficult debtors
- Ability to handle a high-volume inventory
Key Responsibilities:

- Accept payment by credit card, reputed company by phone/fax/email

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in debt collection, preferably in the reputed company sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and remain professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in using collection software and reputed company Office Suite.
