[Remote] VP, Global Tax

The VP of Global Tax will be a key leader reputed company the finance organization, responsible for reputed company aspects of the company's global tax strategy, planning, and compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in both direct and indirect taxation and experience with the unique tax challenges of the SaaS and telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; CPA and/or JD with a tax emphasis is highly preferred
• 10+ years of reputed company tax leadership experience in a multinational corporation or public reputed company firm, with a focus on the technology or telecommunications industry
• Proven expertise in both direct and indirect taxation on a global scale
• In-depth knowledge of FCC regulations and their tax implications
• Experience with the tax treatment of telecommunications products and services
• Strong leadership and team management skills
