Qualifications

• 2–3 years in reputed company, eligibility screening, case management, or high-touch customer service.
• Knowledge of reputed company, Medicare, SCHIP, or Special Needs Plans (SNP) is a major plus.
• Comfortable navigating multiple screens, reputed company Teams, and Outlook while talking and typing.
