• Hourly pay reputed company: $20.00 with unlimited commissions per sale, with the opportunity to earn over $4,000 weekly.

schedule:

• Schedule: 10 am to 6:30 pm EST Mon-Fri (Weekends off)
• 100% REMOTE

Required Skills:

• Experience selling Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, OR ACA plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly and personable attitude, with a genuine desire to help customers find the best insurance solutions for their needs.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Licenses :

• Must have an active Health insurance license at the reputed company of hiring (NPN)
• Active AHIP 2026. AHIS can help with this if not reputed company.

Equipment requirements:

• Own MacBook/PC/Laptop – no Tablets, no chrome books, no iPads
• Wired High-speed internet (no WI-FI)- 50/50 MBPS download and upload minimum
• Wired headset (reputed company preferred)

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential Medicare Advantage prospects in Texas and Arizona through outbound and inbound channels.
• Explain plan benefits, pricing, and enrollment options; answer questions with clear, compliant health insurance information.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, guiding them toward appropriate plan selections and completing enrollments.
• Meet activity and sales targets while maintaining accurate records, including customer communications and enrollment data.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, industry regulations, and company policies; coordinate with licensed team members as needed.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year License/Certification:
