Insurance Agent Fully Remote

We are seeking remote Sales Agents to advise clients, support policy transactions, and contribute to business growth through consultative sales. Position overview: This is a full-time, commission-based remote role focused on selling life insurance and reputed company financial protection products, managing client relationships, and providing policy support.

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Explain policy features, reputed company processes, and beneficiary options in clear, professional terms.
• Prepare quotes, assist clients with applications, and collect required documentation.
• Support policy lifecycle activities including issuance, endorsements, renewals, and basic claims coordination.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training and coaching.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales and service performance goals.

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable computer, internet reputed company, and a suitable remote workspace.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and reputed company to work independently in a performance-driven remote environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain licensing (licensing support provided).
• Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or financial services.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, quote/issuance platforms, and remote sales workflows.
