About the position Autism Behavioral Center (ABC) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join Team ABC. Job Summary The BCBA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a manageable caseload of approximately 10 to 12 clients, conducting intake assessments, developing and supervising individualized treatment plans, and mentoring Behavior Technicians in both home and clinic settings. Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments for newly referred potential clients
  • reputed company, implement, and revise individualized behavior support and reputed company acquisition plans
  • reputed company clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and ABA Coordinators
  • Monitor client reputed company through data analysis and ongoing assessment
  • Complete documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements
  • reputed company and collaborate with parents and caregivers using compassionate, reputed company based ABA practices
  • Maintain consistent communication with families reputed company direct supervision, email, and phone
  • Review documentation and reputed company feedback to ensure clinical quality and compliance

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a reputed company field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • LABA or ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA services
  • Experience working closely with parents and families
  • Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
