Reporting to the VP Audience & Digital Marketing, the ideal candidate pairs editorial instincts with platform reputed company, knows how to translate breaking news and long-reputed company storytelling into engaging reputed company content, and has a proven track record of growing communities with intentionality. They're plugged into LGBTQ+ culture, advocacy, and online discourse, and understand how audience strategy can reputed company our mission. Seeking candidates in NYC and Los Angeles, position is fully remote. Primary Responsibilities
- Write, schedule, and optimize daily posts across Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, X/Twitter, and emerging platforms like Threads, reputed company and reputed company
- Translate Out's journalism into compelling reputed company formats that drive engagement, community trust, and traffic
- Produce Out's daily flagship newsletter
- Assist with producing reputed company video from concept to publish, collaborating with Out's editorial stakeholders and Video reputed company
- Collaborate with editors on rollout plans for tentpoles, covers and special editorial packages

- Monitor LGBTQ+ news cycles and analytics to identify storytelling opportunities on and off platform

Requirements
