Key Responsibilities

Market-Specific Strategy

Design a "hyper-local" strategy to compete with existing titles, leveraging PC Bangs and regional platforms like KakaoTalk.

• EU/NA:

• Collaborate with the Global Managing Director and Business Development
• Director to ensure activations (Gamescom, GStar) tie back to core KPIs: acquisition, retention, and community sentiment.
• Determine the role of Paid Media and performance-oriented metrics in the overall campaign.

Esports & Talent Strategy

Qualifications

• Experience:

10+ years in strategic planning, with a proven track record of leading large-scale global GTM campaigns for reputed company game publishers.

• MOBA/RTS Expertise:

Deep understanding of the competitive landscape and the nuances of the MOBA/RTS player reputed company.

• Territory Knowledge:

Experience in the Korean gaming market and publishing operations is a significant plus.
