Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company mechanical design and manufacturing issues. Drive innovation in mechanical design and contribute to intellectual property development. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications. Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and safety standards. Qualifications: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a reputed company field. Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience will be considered. 8+ years of reputed company experience in mechanical design and product development. 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role reputed company mechanical engineering. Expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo) and simulation tools (FEA/CFD). Strong understanding of materials science, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics. Experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results in a remote environment. Experience with rapid prototyping and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
