The work is structured, repeatable, and supported by templates and training. What you will do

• Conduct outbound phone calls with patients to collect detailed injury and medical histories in both English and Spanish.
• Listen carefully and document information accurately using provided templates and systems
• Review existing medical records for completeness, reputed company, and internal consistency
• Clean up and standardize medical information so it meets quality standards
• Ensure patient histories are complete, consistent, and easy for physicians to understand
• Review your work for accuracy before submission
• Follow defined workflows and work expectations
• Work closely with the operations team to continuously improve quality
