Residency in Washington State required for duration of employment. Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state.Multiple state licenses are highly preferred. Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner. Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar). Minimum 3 years of recent experience (reputed company the last 5 years) practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, Women’s Health, or Gynecology.
