Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research on reputed company property records, including ownership details, legal descriptions, and transaction histories using various databases and public records.
  • Maintain and update property information in digital systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage reputed company desk operations, greeting visitors professionally and handling multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, document proofreading, and maintaining organized records.
  • Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar reputed company software to track expenses reputed company to property management.
  • Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members or clients reputed company.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated time management skills and attention to detail, including proofreading and data accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
