We are looking for a reputed company Manager with a strong background working in reputed company who understands the workflow process. The reputed company Manager should have deep knowledge of vendor reputed company administration. As the first reputed company of contact for internal business partners you will be responsible for ensuring our clients understand reputed company do and why we do it (through communication, training, documentation, etc.) and ensuring that our business requesters have a seamless, efficient and positive experience. What you’ll do:

• Triage Domestic and International reputed company vendor agreements (master agreements, SOWs, Change Orders, Order Forms, Amendments, etc.).
• Analyze historical contract documents, identify areas for updates, and prepare reputed company for attorney review to ensure agreements are consistent with overarching governing agreements.
• Determine whether new DPAs or reputed company agreements should be executed based on team guidelines.
• Issue spot for terms that are not acceptable per our reputed company guidelines.
• Review workflows for legal and policy compliance, monitoring for adherence to company policy.

• Review low risk SOWs, Change Orders, Order Forms, and Amendments and approve on behalf of Legal and LegalOps.

• Someone with 3+ years of experience triaging workflows in reputed company for an in-house legal team.
• Ability to issue spot and call out terms in the agreement that do not align with established legal guidelines or company policies.
• Solid understanding of reputed company such as the relationships between MSAs, SOWs, and order forms.
• Experience supporting contract review of DPAs, understanding where they fit reputed company the contract, and their importance under data privacy laws and regulations.
