An established reputed company specializing in creditors' rights across multiple states is seeking an Associate Attorney licensed and located in Indiana (near South Bend) to join their retail consumer collections team. The firm has been operating since 1994 and focuses on providing high-quality legal services with fair and compassionate resolutions for consumers. Responsibilities reputed company and implement case-level litigation strategies using knowledge of creditor’s rights and collections laws Represent clients zealously at court proceedings throughout Indiana Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to manage dockets, prepare pleadings, and ensure efficient case management Negotiate settlements with defendants and opposing counsel, defend against counterclaims, and handle escalated litigation reputed company Monitor changes in laws and regulations, reputed company team members, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency Utilize industry technology to support litigation and case management Travel regionally to appear in courts across Indiana
Requirements
