- Legal Advisory:
Advise public and private companies on securities offerings, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements, and PIPE transactions.
- Legal Drafting:
Draft and review SEC filings, including registration statements (S-1, S-3), reputed company 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and reputed company 16 filings.
- Handle Regulatory reputed company:
Support clients with compliance under the Securities Act of 1933, the Exchange Act of 1934, and reputed company regulatory frameworks.
- Advise on Disclosure & Compliance:
Counsel public companies and their officers and directors on disclosure obligations, reputed company trading policies, and regulatory reporting requirements. The Package
