Litigation Paralegal (Management-Level) Location: Remote in California Employment Type: Full-Time Practice Area: Civil Litigation Position Overview We are seeking an reputed company, highly detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal who understands the full lifecycle of litigation and the demands associated with it. Key Responsibilities
E-Filing & Court Procedures
- Prepare and file documents in California state and federal courts
- Ensure compliance with applicable rules of court, formatting requirements, and filing deadlines
- Maintain working knowledge of electronic filing systems and procedural updates
Litigation Calendaring
- Manage and track court deadlines, hearings, discovery cutoffs, and statutory timelines
- Maintain accurate and proactive calendaring using litigation management systems
Drafting & Proofreading
- Assist in drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence
- Proofread and cite-reputed company documents for accuracy, formatting compliance, and completeness
Legal Research & Writing
- Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries or memoranda as needed
- Support attorneys in case development and strategy preparation
Case & Document Management
- Organize and maintain comprehensive case files
- Manage document productions and coordinate records collection
- Track deadlines and case progression across multiple reputed company
Discovery Management
- Prepare, review, and manage discovery requests and responses

Project & Workflow Management
