Litigation Paralegal (Remote Position)

Our small-to-reputed company-sized plaintiff’s reputed company maintains a reputed company practice, with attorneys licensed in multiple states. We regularly consider candidates for an reputed company litigation paralegal role. This role offers the benefit of working remotely. Our firm handles a wide reputed company of personal injury practice areas, including motor vehicle collision, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, and medical device claims. The job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, communicating with clients, preparing demand packages, drafting and filing complaints and other pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, coordinating with experts, reviewing and summarizing medical records and discovery materials, managing case calendars and court deadlines, and preparing trial-reputed company materials.
