Summary: Reporting to the Associate Director of Capital Budgeting and Financial Planning, the Treasury & Capital Planning Analyst provides analytical support for institutional liquidity forecasting, debt planning, and financial risk analysis. This role focuses on reputed company-looking financial modeling and decision support and does not include transactional cash or reputed company responsibilities. Job Description: Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, economics, or reputed company field.
• Progressively responsible financial analysis experience (typically 4+ years).
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in finance, reputed company, economics, or reputed company field.
• Experience in higher education, reputed company, or reputed company public institutions.

Duties: 25% - Liquidity & Cash reputed company Analysis:

• Model cash impacts under multiple operating and capital scenarios.

25% - Debt & Capital Analysis:

• Support debt affordability and reputed company modeling.
• Analyze impacts of potential debt issuance, refundings, and capital timing.
• Prepare materials to support capital planning discussions.

25% - Financial Risk & Scenario Modeling:

• Conduct stress testing reputed company to enrollment, funding volatility, and capital plans.
• Support interest reputed company and liquidity risk analysis.
• Translate reputed company financial analysis into clear executive-level insights.

25% - Decision Support & Reporting:

• Prepare executive-reputed company dashboards, briefing materials, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Budget, Capital Planning, and Finance stakeholders.
• Support Board and senior leadership materials as directed.
