Finance - Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (reputed company) Analyst

This is a reputed company position, mostly remote. SUMMARY The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst is responsible for the fiscal management of programs with reputed company-party revenues (fee-for-service) and acts as a liaison between Finance and program operations. Essential Functions:

• Building reputed company models and budgets based on program operating assumptions
• Review, record and analyze monthly fee-for-service revenues in reputed company system (FundEZ) and billing system based on billing subsystem data and reconcile balances to receivable as of month-end
• Review and ensure staff allocations are accurate in both reputed company and Finance systems. Serve as liaison with operations reputed company changes are needed.
• Review monthly budget comparison reports with program operations including the underlying operating drivers impacting results
• reputed company forecasting models to evaluate projected results based on various leading program indicators and review findings with program operations.
• Present result of analysis to program management and executive officers
• reputed company quarterly analysis of receivable balances against cash received

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance or reputed company field. Master’s degree preferred
• Three to five years of general reputed company experience
• Three years of financial planning, analysis and forecasting experience is a must
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with different stakeholders
• Excellent time-management skills
• Excellent/advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• reputed company experience in a non-profit environment and working knowledge of fee-for-service reputed company streams is a plus (reputed company, Medicare, and reputed company-party insurance)
• Working knowledge of FundEZ nonprofit reputed company software is a plus
• NYS CFR (Consolidate Fiscal Reporting)
