Position: Rubrics Expert Type: Hourly contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company structured scoring rubrics tailored to diverse assessment needs and subject areas.
- Establish and refine scoring methodologies to ensure reputed company, fairness, and alignment with evaluation objectives.
- Conduct calibration sessions with assessors and subject matter experts to maintain inter-rater reliability.
- Validate assessments through pilot testing, data analysis, and reputed company quality control processes.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend rubric improvements.

Requirements

- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable collaborating in a remote environment.
