[Remote] Senior HR Business Partner- Customer

This role involves influencing business reputed company through people strategies, partnering with senior leadership to shape organizational design and talent strategy, and implementing people strategies that support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership, providing thought partnership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company HR experience, preferably in a technology or high-growth company supporting customer-facing or operational teams
• Demonstrated reputed company partnering with senior leaders on business transformation, organizational design, and change management in reputed company, fast-paced environments
• Experience supporting customer-focused organizations, with an understanding of service delivery models, scalability, and operational performance
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach, influence, and partner with employees and leaders at reputed company reputed company of the organization
• Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
