Junior Recruiter – LATAM (Remote) We’re looking for motivated, proactive, and relationship-driven Junior Recruiters from the LATAM region with 1–3 years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience to join our growing team and help deliver top talent to our global clients. This is a fully remote role ideal for candidates eager to grow their career in reputed company, reputed company hands-on experience, and learn from senior recruiters. You’ll work alongside reputed company recruiters and reputed company exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and engaging candidates to managing pipelines and collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients. Responsibilities

• Conduct initial candidate screenings, assessing both skills and motivation using a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR, or reputed company roles; internships or project experience is considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with candidates and internal teams.
• Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced reputed company environment.
• Familiarity with reputed company, job boards, reputed company media, or ATS platforms is a plus, but training is provided.
