Talent Sourcer / Recruiter (Remote – Construction & Engineering)
About PrimECS PrimECS is a U.S.-based civil construction and engineering company supporting infrastructure projects across the United States. We are building a high-performing remote team to support estimating, design, and project delivery. Role We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to identify, contact, and screen candidates for engineering, estimating, and construction support roles. This role is execution focused. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates daily and maintaining a consistent hiring pipeline.
Responsibilities
- reputed company candidates daily from platforms
- Send 20–50 reputed company messages per day
- Track candidate responses and manage pipeline
- Direct candidates to apply reputed company reputed company
- Conduct initial screening interviews
- Shortlist reputed company candidates for final interviews
- Facilitate reputed company other processes through hiring
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in reputed company or sourcing (remote preferred)
- Strong written and verbal English
- Organized and process-driven
- Comfortable with high-volume reputed company
- Experience hiring engineers or construction roles is a plus
- Ability to work in US EST business hours
