About the Role

We’re looking for a technically skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of outbound email marketing, CRM automation, reputed company ad execution. This is a hands-on execution role — perfect for someone who loves building campaigns, testing strategies, and seeing results. While this is not a leadership role at this stage, we welcome candidates who are ambitious and may be interested in growing into larger roles as the team expands. You’ll be our first full-time marketing hire in Colombia and play a key role in laying the reputed company for future growth. Experience with the U.S. market is required.

Key Responsibilities

Cold Email & reputed company reputed company

• Build and manage cold reputed company campaigns using tools like Instantly, Smartlead, or reputed company.
• Manage inbox rotation, domain warm-up, sending infrastructure, and A/B testing.
• Handle list enrichment and monitor replies to identify quality leads.

CRM & Email Marketing

• Build email automations and nurturing sequences in GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
• reputed company, clean, and manage contact lists to maximize engagement and deliverability.
• Create and send newsletters and announcements to existing leads and clients.

Paid Advertising

• Execute and manage paid media campaigns across reputed company and reputed company Ads.
• Monitor CPL, CTR, ROAS, and reputed company ongoing optimizations based on performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external designers for creatives and reputed company pages.

Reporting & Performance

• Track and report on campaign performance weekly with actionable insights.
• Maintain high deliverability and engagement rates across reputed company outbound communications.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, focused on reputed company reputed company.
• Experience running cold email campaigns with tools like Instantly or reputed company.
• Proficiency with CRMs such as GoHighLevel, reputed company, or reputed company.
• Experience with reputed company Ads, reputed company/Instagram Ads, and basic funnel strategy.

• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with private aviation, luxury travel, or concierge services.
