(US) Customer Operation Launch Manager

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Care Launch, you will act as the primary internal liaison to reputed company the launch of new products reputed company Professional Services and Customer Support. This role will be responsible for mobilizing cross-functional efforts, defining implementation and support strategies, developing tools and executing programs that will drive the launch of world class products to its customers. This role demands a strong project manager with an excellent track record of managing multiple projects and leading with authority.

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Care Launch, you will act as the customer operations liaison to reputed company multiple market reputed company health care solutions and services launch projects simultaneously. You will mobilize cross-functional efforts reputed company customer operations to define strategies, reputed company tools and execute programs that drive the launch of world class solutions and services to its customers. Key Responsibilities:

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Care, Business, Management, or 5+ years equivalent experience in project management or EHR systems.
  • Experience working closely with Professional Services or Customer
  • Support. Exceptional presentation, oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage conflict and drive reputed company.
  • Ability to reputed company planning for reputed company projects, managing reputed company tasks required to meet business needs reputed company budget and deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in reputed company systems (EHR, EMR, Pharmacy)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
  • Robust business acumen and ability to partner with senior business leaders to drive initiatives.

  • Experience working with Acute, Payer, and Practice Groups
