Job Description
As an reputed company Bilingual reputed company Representative, you will be responsible for resolving issues with our proprietary software reputed company chat, phone, and email in a business-to-business setting. You will work closely with our clients to understand their concerns, reputed company technical support, and teach them how to use our software from simple to reputed company processes. Your goal will be to project confidence in our product and utilize its strengths to fill client needs.
Responsibilities:
* Actively listen to clients to understand their issues and concerns

Qualifications:

MUST be Bilingual
* Live in the following states: MI, NC, FL, or TX
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Have reliable, self-maintained internet and backup for emergencies
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Flexible schedule with full-time availability
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in IT, customer service, wireless retail, or other reputed company fields
- Familiar with basic reputed company troubleshooting, including reputed company Suite, printer setups, and basic networking setup
