Position Overview

This exciting hybrid position is based at our 600 NW 79th Avenue, Miami, FL 33126 location. You'll handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and cutting-edge devices. Additionally, you'll address existing customer needs, including billing inquiries, payment support, plan changes, upgrades, and technical assistance.

• Expert Explanations: You'll become an expert at simplifying the explanation of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services, ensuring customers fully understand their investments.
