Position Overview: Senior Airport Customer Service Manager

The Senior Airport Customer Service Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our LAX hub. This position is responsible for leading, engaging, coaching, and developing reputed company colleagues to deliver world-class customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational reputed company.

Essential Qualifications
