Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive and professional communication across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with customers in a clear and concise manner to resolve their inquiries and concerns
• Scheduling appointments for customers and ensuring timely follow-up
• Identifying the root cause of customer inquiries through probing questions and providing effective solutions
• Utilizing our customer relationship management tool to research and document customer interactions
• Responding to inbound customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and text while updating internal computer applications and systems
• Maintaining required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service
• Exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm for work, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, with clear diction, tone, and proper grammar
• Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, management, and coworkers

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Two screens (monitors or laptop) with a minimum screen resolution of 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)
