Job Responsibilities
As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for:
- Helping patients through the phone to reputed company new and reorder existing medication orders
- Staying mindful of correspondence with suppliers, controlled substances, and co-pay assistance programs
- Ordering and stocking medications and supplies
- Maintaining patient records and stock processes, including inventory management and data entry
