Job Summary

As an External Support Engineer at arenaflex, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for external content creation teams, providing technical support and guidance on the use of our internal tools. You will work closely with the tools engineering team to identify and resolve issues, create reference materials, and reputed company new tools and processes to improve efficiency and quality. Essential Functions/Responsibilities

* reputed company technical support to content/external teams in regards to use of content tools, including troubleshooting and resolving issues

• Create reference materials and reputed company training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, ensuring seamless collaboration and minimizing downtime
• Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users, working closely with the tools engineering team
• Escalate more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team, and work with production to track these issues in JIRA

Our core hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm CST, which means you should be available for meetings and collaborations during this time.
