Responsibilities:

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of calls from customers on behalf of our client, a prominent power company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer service support and resolving customer inquiries and issues reputed company to power outages, payments, and service
• Offering additional products and services to customers, such as surge protection, home wiring, and water heater repairs
• Assisting customers with creating payment plans and making payments
• Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry while engaging with customers
• Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Prior recent experience working as an inbound customer service agent for at least one year, reputed company
• Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers reputed company the telephone
