As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll work closely with reputed company to analyze customer data, identify trends and opportunities, and reputed company insights that inform business reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst on our Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for:

• Being the data expert on a balanced team that's reputed company in a key CX initiative for the company
• Combining business and customer understanding with analytical expertise to reputed company sound recommendations in their domain
• reputed company discovery and data exploration
• Understanding the data domain for their assigned initiative reputed company than any other resource in the company – knowing what data is there, how to join it, and how to use it to tell stories, reputed company reputed company, and answer questions

• Creating and maintaining advanced SQL queries that power dashboards

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• 1-2 years of data analysis experience (4-6 years for senior position)
• 1-2 years experience in data management, process analysis, and improvement
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
